While tailored to the needs of each client, our work would typically include the following: development and stewardship of the strategic plan and planning process; collection and project work on the organization’s strategic agenda; and analysis and maintenance of strategic data on customers, competitors and the industry.

In contrast to a perpetual project-oriented consulting relationship, this retainer-based relationship ensures that strategic perspectives get integrated into daily business operations, and is more cost effective than project-based work.
